SGHS 2011-2012 Member Application Fixed

Update! I apologize for the broken link. I have fixed it and you should be able to access our mediafile to download the application now.  Applications are still due on the 22nd. You can also turn in the application to any cabinet member before then.

PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY. I NEED TO BE ABLE TO READ THE APPLICATIONS. INCLUDE YOUR GRADE TOO! I SPLIT EVERYONE BY GRADES!!
