With a new semester comes a new service sheet, with slightly different formatting. It looks a lot cleaner than the previous one. I've fixed majority of the ID errors and the list is much smaller now. As I've announced, the final services for Semester 1 were included on first record, however I did not make a post about it because it only included one service - that being a Park Clean Up.

Without further ado, our first updates include:
1.) Recycling / Project Reach Services on:
- January 10th, 2014
- January 17th, 2014
2.) Club meetings on:
- January 9th, 2014
- January 16th, 2014
3.) Bottle Crushing is now updated to January 17th, 2014!

First order of business, please, and I mean, please check if you are still in the club before attending any future events! This time I am not adding your service hours to the previous semester, so you won't be earning any credit! I cannot stress this enough. I don't want anyone wasting their time doing labor without credit, unless you seriously love recycling as a form of entertainment.
Second, the new yellow highlighting denotation means that the specified people must make up their missing hours for the 3rd Quarter or else they will be removed from the roster.
If there are any questions or concerns regarding previous semester's hours, please bring them to me. I will try my best to work things out with you, but remember that there's a line that I must draw every once in awhile. I am willing to take requests for hour recounts in Quarter 2. Take these requests to me or email us. I will make sure that the inbox is checked regularly for the rest of my term. I apologize for neglecting it for so long.
*Obligatory Disclaimer: Feel free for check for any silly mistakes and
stuff that I might've done wrong. If I did miss anything, go ahead and
tell me on Facebook or email us at sghsenvironmental@gmail.com. I'll
double check and fix it ASAP.
Mark Lieu, Secretary
P.S. Once again, remember to check if you're still listed on the roster before attending any future events.
Did the people highlighted in yellow talk to you about it? Because I see many people with below five hours that aren't highlight in yellow :O.
ReplyDeleteYes, the people highlighted in yellow talked to one or more of us officers.
DeleteThe people with below five hours who aren't highlighted did not appeal.
What does HR next to the dates stand for?
ReplyDeleteStill going to recycling even if I'm kicked out ~ QQ
HR stands for Habitat Restoration.
DeleteJust as how:
R = Recycling
M = Meeting
PR = Project Reach
PCU = Park Clean Up
I appreciate your dedication, however!
